As a Core Energetics therapist, also trained in psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy, I guide individuals in exploring the obstacles that hold them back and in rediscovering their life energy, often overshadowed by the demands of daily life. Driven by a profound interest in our shared humanity, my approach seeks to awaken what truly inspires each person. I incorporate bodywork, verbal expression, and emotional processing to help individuals reconnect with themselves and cultivate a more authentic balance; an ever-evolving journey towards clarity and harmony.
